Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or PayPal credentials on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect information about your use of our services, including:

  • Number of images processed
  • Tools used and processing history
  • Credit balance and subscription status
  • Technical log data (IP address, device type, browser)

Images: We process the images you upload. See "How We Handle Your Images" below.

3. How We Handle Your Images

Processing: Your images are processed by our AI models to perform the requested operation (background removal, upscaling, etc.).

Storage:

  • Logged-in users: Original and processed images are stored for up to 30 days
  • Guest users: Images are processed immediately and not permanently stored

Security: All images are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256).

AI Training: We do not use your images to train our AI models. Your images remain private and are never shared with third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • • Provide, maintain, and improve our services

  • • Manage your account and billing
  • • Respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • • Send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription renewals)

  • Payment Processing: PayPal processes payments and receives only necessary transaction data

9. Data Retention & Deletion

User Data: Account data is retained until you delete your account. Upon deletion, all personal information is removed within 30 days.

Images: Processed images are automatically deleted after 30 days. You can manually delete images anytime from your dashboard.

Backups: Backup copies may persist for up to 60 days for disaster recovery, then are permanently destroyed.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
