Important Notice

Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered. By purchasing credits or subscriptions from PixClearer, you acknowledge that these are digital services that cannot be returned.

Digital Services Policy

No Refunds on Digital Services: Once an image has been processed or credits have been added to your account, the sale is final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Background removal services
  • Image upscaling services
  • Object removal services
  • Content detection services
  • Purchased credit packages
  • Subscription fees for services already rendered

This policy is standard for digital goods and services, as once delivered, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after the current period ends
  • Unused credits do not roll over to future periods (unless specified in your plan)
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period are not provided

If you cancel, your account will revert to our free tier at the end of the billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: If our service fails to process your image due to a technical issue on our end, and you cannot reprocess the image
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges for the same transaction)
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization

To request a review under exceptional circumstances, contact us at support@pixclearer.com within 14 days of the transaction. Please include your transaction details and a description of the issue.

Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Failed or Incomplete Transactions

Service Not Delivered: If payment was successfully processed but the service was not delivered (e.g., credits were not added to your account), please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue by either:

  • Providing the service or credits you purchased
  • Issuing a full refund if we cannot deliver the service

Contact us within 7 days if you believe your payment did not result in the expected service delivery.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • Future access to our services may be restricted
  • We will contest chargebacks for services that were successfully delivered

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. Depending on your location, you may have additional consumer protection rights. For users in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right may be lost if the service has been fully delivered and consumed before the withdrawal period ends.
