Welcome to PixClearer. By using our AI-powered image processing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Account Terms
- • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account
3. Service Terms
Credits: Our service operates on a credit-based system. One credit equals one image processed. Different tools may consume different amounts of credits based on complexity.
Fair Use: You may not use our service for:
- Illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Uploading malicious or harmful content
- Automated bulk processing beyond plan limits
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance or updates.
4. Payment & Billing
Subscription Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Refund Policy: Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds. In summary, digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered.
Price Changes: We may update pricing for new subscriptions with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload. We only process your images as requested and do not claim ownership.
Storage: Processed images are stored for up to 30 days for logged-in users, then automatically deleted. Guest users' images are processed immediately and not stored.
Our Technology: All AI models, algorithms, and service features remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology.
6. Limitation of Liability
PixClearer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
7. Termination
By You: You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
